Harmonise & Innovate blends hands‑on curriculum practice, data‑driven strategy, and leadership insight into one powerful professional learning experience. The day opens with a warm‑up sing‑along before moving into three 30 minute targeted curriculum sessions for Junior, Middle, and Senior School.
Data Stories will offer real examples of how schools are using evidence to strengthen resourcing, sustainability, recruitment, and retention. Followed by a Leadership Conversations Panel, where school leaders will share what drives excellence in music education and how to build programs that thrive long‑term.
