About This Event
School leaders and HR professionals will build capability in contemporary Employee Value Proposition (EVP) practices, with a specific focus on Flexible Work Practices. The workshop will focus on:
● Understanding the workforce risks emerging from the 2024–25 State of the Independent School Workforce Report
● Why HR metrics are critical to good governance, and a school’s ability to assess and report on progress, impact and return on investment in workforce improvement interventions
● The global state of Flexible Work Practices in Independent Schools
● Exploration of relevant Case Studies
● A simple framework and practical approach to introducing more flexibility in Queensland’s Independent schools
