2026 Executive Leadership Suite - Masterclass 5: Thriving in school leadership - YOU Inc with Dr Stephen Brown

The one-day workshop focuses on providing busy professionals with dedicated time to focus on themselves to celebrate their uniqueness and the capabilities they bring to school leadership. Participants will be invited to pivot back to their purpose through the articulation of a leadership credo - a personal vision statement. A constant and necessary part of leadership is to constantly reflect on your individual why. Participants will be provided with insights, techniques and micro skills in such areas of leadership as professional conversations, effective questioning, storytelling for impact. A key part of the day will be to ask participants to critically reflect on their role and work practices with the intention of continuing to experience joy in school leadership. Facilitated and delivered by Dr Stephen Brown, this master class is about helping school leaders thriving in their role whilst retaining their individuality.
