About This Event
We first explore the foundations that make for great leadership. Reflecting on examples of great leaders, participants will actively dissect, analyse, and identify the common themes and attributes that support leadership success. Leveraging this insight, participants are then invited to challenge their own perceptions and limiting beliefs regarding leadership, paying close attention to the changes and opportunities that present when one moves from an individual contributor position (looking solely after ‘me’) to a leader of people position (looking after ‘others’ and ‘me’), through to systems leadership (advocating for the sum of ‘us’). In this highly interactive module, participants will have the opportunity to practice new ways of thinking as they explore how to use and apply relevant and practical tools and techniques.
