Courtney is a highly experienced School Services Advisor at Independent Schools Queensland, with over a decade of expertise supporting schools in navigating the complex regulatory environment of non-state schooling. A leader in child safeguarding, she has developed ISQ’s widely used child protection eLearning modules, completed by over 15,000 staff annually. Courtney represents the independent sector on key national and state advisory groups, including the Blue Card System Review and Trauma-Aware Education Working Party. She is committed to evidence-informed practice, regularly engaging in professional learning to stay at the forefront of safeguarding research. Courtney also chairs ISQ’s Reconciliation Action Plan Committee and champions diversity in education.
